RULES FOR HOBBY COUPLES
MAIN RULES:

Competition is created for beginner dance couples, who have prepared short choreography in each dance. We allowe only basic dance choreography.

Dance couple is created by a man/boy and a woman/girl.

The length of competition dance is 1,5 minute.
-
Competition is open to dancers of all dance federations - in the competition can take part couples who compete in hobby category at their dance federation.
Competition is also created for dancers who are not registered as members in any dance federation.
AGE CATEGORIES:
Juvenile - untill 11 years old
Junior - 12-15 years old
Adults - over 16 years
Senior - over 30 years
* The age category: children or junior depends on the age of the older partner.
* The age category: adult or senior depends on the age of the younger partner.
DANCE CATEGORIES:
4 DANCE COMBINATION
Combination of four dances
(Waltz, Quickstep, Cha cha, Jive)
Age categories - Juvenile , Junior
3 DANCE COMBINATION
Combination of three dances
(Waltz, Cha cha, Polka)
Age categories - Juvenile
LATINAMERICAN
DANCES
Combination of three latinamerican dances
(Chacha, Samba, Jive )
Age categories - Juvenile, Junior , Adults, Senior
STANDARD
DANCES
POLKA
Combination of three standard dances
(Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep)
Age categories - Juvenile, Junior, Adults, Senior
One dance
Age category - Juvenile
DANCEWEAR AND SHOES:

Woman/Girl: dance dress or elegant blouse with skirt

Man/Boy: dance shirt/shirt, elegant trousers, bow-tie/tie

Dance shoes, eventually practise shoes or ballet shoes
ATTENTION!
- Organisators don´t take response for personal belongings lost!
- Participant´s parent / legal guardian gives permission to take photos, audio and video recordings of
his/her child by making a registration to the competition.
